How we handle your information and what you should know about using Netalyt's services. Both documents are effective as of May 7, 2026.

How we handle your data

Netalyt helps small and mid-sized businesses use data, automation, and connected tools to improve their operations.

Effective date: May 7, 2026

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information when you use Netalyt:

Account and Contact Information

This may include:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Business name
  • Phone number, if provided
  • Role or job title, if provided
  • Login or account details

Business Information

This may include information you provide about your company, workflows, customer intake process, scheduling process, website, services, or internal operations.

Calendar Information

If you choose to connect Google Calendar, Netalyt may access limited calendar information needed to support scheduling features. Depending on the permissions you approve, this may include:

  • Calendar availability
  • Calendar event start and end times
  • Calendar event details created through Netalyt
  • Attendee email addresses for events created through Netalyt
  • Google Calendar connection status
  • Google Calendar event links or event IDs created through Netalyt

Netalyt uses Google Calendar access only for scheduling-related functionality, such as checking availability, creating appointments, adding attendees, and sending calendar invitations.

We do not use Google Calendar data for advertising, sell it, use it to train AI models, or read, modify, or delete unrelated calendar events unless explicitly authorized.

Website and Usage Information

We may collect basic technical and usage information, such as browser type, device type, IP address, pages visited, date and time of access, error logs, and product usage events. This helps us improve reliability, security, and user experience.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to provide Netalyt services, create and manage appointments, check scheduling availability, send calendar invitations, improve product functionality, communicate with users, provide customer support, maintain security, troubleshoot errors, and comply with legal obligations.

We only use connected Google Calendar data for the scheduling features that the user or connected business has requested.

3. Google User Data

If you connect a Google account, Netalyt's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will follow the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Netalyt accesses Google user data only for user-facing scheduling functionality. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide the requested service, comply with law, or protect security.

Examples of how Google Calendar data may be used:

  • Checking whether a calendar is available for a requested appointment time
  • Creating a calendar event after a booking is submitted
  • Adding an attendee to an event
  • Sending an event invite
  • Storing the event ID or event link so the appointment can be referenced later

4. How We Store and Protect Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect user information. These safeguards may include:

  • HTTPS encryption in transit
  • Restricted access to production systems
  • Encrypted storage of sensitive credentials where appropriate
  • Limited internal access based on business need
  • Logging and monitoring for security and reliability
  • Secure handling of OAuth tokens
  • Token removal when a calendar integration is disconnected

No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or disclosure.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share limited information only in the following situations:

Service Providers

We may use trusted service providers to help operate Netalyt, such as hosting providers, database providers, email services, analytics tools, or infrastructure vendors. These providers are only allowed to use information as needed to provide services to Netalyt.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, government request, or to protect the rights, safety, or security of Netalyt, our users, or others.

Business Transfers

If Netalyt is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction. If this happens, we will take reasonable steps to protect user information.

6. Data Retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, support business operations, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security.

Calendar connection tokens are retained only while the integration is active. If you disconnect Google Calendar, we will remove or deactivate stored calendar access credentials within a reasonable period.

Appointment records may be retained for business history, support, audit, or reporting purposes unless deletion is requested and we are legally able to delete them.

7. Your Choices and Control

You may request to access your information, correct inaccurate information, delete certain information, disconnect Google Calendar, revoke Google account access, or ask how your information is being used.

To make a request, contact us at hello@netalyt.com. You can also revoke Google access directly from your Google Account permissions page.

8. Cookies and Tracking

Netalyt may use cookies or similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember preferences, improve product performance, and understand website usage. If we use analytics tools, we use them to understand product performance and improve the service. We do not use Google Calendar data for advertising or tracking.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, when appropriate, notify users through the product or by email. If we materially change how we use Google user data, we will provide notice and request consent where required before using that data in a new way.

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or how Netalyt handles data, contact hello@netalyt.com.

If you connect Google Calendar, you authorize Netalyt to use the approved access only for requested scheduling functionality, such as checking availability, creating appointments, adding attendees, and sending calendar invitations.

You may disconnect Google Calendar at any time. Disconnecting may limit or disable scheduling features.

Third-party services are controlled by their own providers. Netalyt is not responsible for changes, downtime, errors, account restrictions, or policy decisions made by third-party services.

4. AI-Assisted Features

Netalyt may use AI-assisted tools to help generate recommendations, summarize information, automate workflows, or support business processes. Netalyt does not sell customer data. We will take reasonable steps to protect confidential information provided to us. Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information except as needed to provide services, operate the business relationship, comply with law, or with permission from the other party.

7. Payment, Fees, and Cancellations

Some Netalyt services may require payment. Fees, billing schedules, project scope, and deliverables may be described in a separate proposal, invoice, statement of work, subscription agreement, or written communication. Unless otherwise stated, fees are due according to the invoice or agreement, and late payments may delay work or access.

For custom implementation work, payments may be non-refundable once work has started, unless otherwise stated in writing. For subscription services, cancellation will generally stop future billing but may not automatically refund past charges.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Netalyt to break the law, violate another party's rights, access systems or data without permission, send spam or deceptive communications, upload malicious code, attempt to reverse engineer the service, interfere with service security or reliability, or use Netalyt to create harmful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe these Terms are being violated.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Netalyt is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Netalyt disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, cost savings, ranking improvements, or operational results.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Netalyt will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Netalyt's total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount paid by you to Netalyt for the service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim arose.

You agree to defend and hold Netalyt harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, your misuse of third-party integrations, or data, content, or instructions you provide to Netalyt.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict of law rules.

You may stop using Netalyt at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, payment is overdue, your use creates security, legal, or operational risk, a third-party provider disables required access, or we discontinue a service or feature. After termination, some information may be retained as needed for records, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or security.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and provide notice when appropriate. Continued use of Netalyt after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
